Powerlink Addin Error - Eikon COM addin

Hello, I am receiving the below error:

Excel is running with some issues on the powerlink addin, do you want to disable it

What should I do to resolve the issue? So far, restarting the pc is the only solution

Your question is about the Eikon Excel issue, rather than programming-type queries, which are monitored in this forum.

The best approach is to reach out to Eikon support directly, by submitting Eikon Excel questions via Refinitiv Helpdesk Online -> Product -> Eikon rather than posting on dev forums.
