RDP Streaming - Delay in receiving data

We have an implementation of the RDP Streaming Service

The subscription parameters are as follows:


We have the following issue, we are getting messages every 3 seconds for the instrument .MXX and we spect to received at leat one message every second, we want to know if there is a problem with the RDP Streaming or What could be causing this behavior?

Service ERT_FD3_LF3 is offered as part of Refinitiv Pricing Streaming (Wealth) product, and makes available 3 seconds conflated, non-trade safe data.

What you describe is as expected.

This may be a good time to contact your Refintiiv account manager, to discuss your organization's product(s) in use and any additional requirements.
