Unable to login - Access Denied


I'm getting below error when trying to access api playground:

I have created App Key from "https://emea1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com/apps/AppkeyGenerator"

And trying to access the api through python environment

python system version:

'3.9.13 (main, Aug 25 2022, 18:29:29) \n[Clang 12.0.0 ]'

rdp version

1.0.0a19


Let me know how can i resolve the issue.

You are using RDP library, rather then DSS API, so moving your question to RDP Libraries forum, for visibility with the relevant community developers and API experts.

Delio is part of the sales team as a market response specialist, hence I tried to raise a ticket on helpdesk to verify this user's permission as case number 11597986

No, no solution.


I can't access API playground link with my access.

How it can be enabled to my id ?
