LPC is not connection to RTO, Gateway down message

cant connect LPC , saying gateway down ,tried other regions like west , same issue ,

it was connecting all the time before BUT noticed today its not connectiong.

Sorry about the issue that you are facing.

I checked and found there were Refinitiv Real-Time Optimized - Login Disruptions on 02-Oct-2022, as shown below.

Refinitiv Real-Time Optimized is currently subject to login disruptions for some customers globally. Customers are being prompted errors such as: 'Login Request Rejected' and 'DACS Connection Down'. 

The problem has been resolved on 02-Oct-2022 at 15:29 GMT.

You can contact the Refinitiv Real-Time - Optimized support team directly via MyRefinitiv to confirm this incident.
