...the add-in to the old version?

Since 1 week ago more or less, I updated the add-in of Refinitiv and the ribbon "Refinitiv" vanished and just left the "Refinitiv 365".
The "Data Item" search box has much less options of items and takes much longer to search. The way the add-in is in Excel, the build formula is useless. I need to log in in the website (because now the system is not allowing to login at the Refinitiv 365 and Workspace at the same time) and search in DIB. Before, I could easily just use the "build formula".
Is there anyway to go back to the older version?

For reference, here's the response from the support team in the raised ticket.

Kindly try to enable the Refinitiv Add in on your Refinitiv Workspace Excel.

To do that, please follow the process below.
1. open Refinitiv Workspace - Excel.
2, click file and then Options
3. select Add in and look for manage
4. Select on COM Add-ins
5. Put a check mark Under Refinitiv then hit OK
