Customer application requests vendor delayed data from delayed service

The RFA 7.2 application requests vendor-delayed data from the delayed service. It appears that under certain conditions the application prepends "/" to the RICs requested. Any way to control it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This should be controlled by the application, not API. The applicaiton can prepend "/" to RICs to request the delayed data from the real-time service (ELEKTRON_DD).

    For the delayed services, the connected servers must be configured to provide delayed services.
