Where can I download rfa 8.2.3 (Java) from?

I cannot find the RFA Java 8.2.3. However, you can download the latest version of the RFA Java package from the following websites. The recommend version is 8.2.5.L1.

Note: You need to be the RDC named user to be able to download the RFA API package.
