Dear Support Team.

This is Seungjae Jung from the Korea Exchange.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the exchange rate information received on Thursday, November 21st, at 9:00 AM (KST). The data appeared to be incorrect, and I would like to inquire about the cause of this issue and whether there is a possibility of recurrence in the future.

The contracted product is "WM/RTRS INT & CLS SPOT SL T1 1-10 USERS", with the following details:

  • Protocol: SFTP
  • URL: select.datascope.refinitiv.com
  • ID: rxxxxxx
  • File Path: /reports/KRX_WM_yyyymmddhhmm.csv

We are receiving the data hourly through the specified path.

Additionally, I have attached a screenshot of the erroneous exchange rate information for your reference.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a response.
