Voting Right & Cashflow Rights Ultimate Owner

Hello everyone,
I have the following problem.
I want to identify the ultimate owner of a company. For this ultimate owner I want to calculate the cash flow and the voting rights. It is very likely that there is no specific variable for this. However, is there a way to see the voting rights and the cash flow rights for the immediate investor? Or do you know of any way I can calculate the voting rights or cash flow rights for the direct investor using the data that Refinitiv provides?

I'm aware of:

TR.PctOfSharesOutHeld

TR.SharesHeld

and to identify the investor name:

TR.InvestorFullName

However, I don't have the data to calculate the corresponding voting rights/cash flow rights.
