Access to DataStream Web Service using API

Hi everyone,

I am having the following question:

I have a user account for refinitiv workspace, which includes usage of the excel add-in.
Some data found in the excel add-in is not found in refinitiv work-space. For example, in excel I can build a formula using the datastream formula builder to obtain the field "YA" for different securities. This field is called Alternate Yield and cannot be found in refinitiv workspace.

For example, this data is avaiable in excel for the following security: AT000B014147

Now I would like to access this field, such as Alternate Yield using API. However, in the Code Builder or Data Item Browser, again I cannot find the field "YA".

Can someone please guide me, how to access these variables such as "YA" via API?

Thank you and best regards,

Alessandro

    Dear @Jirapongse,

    Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, when I write to the Helpdesk, they told me that I should ask my question here…. So I cannot get help in either place unfortunately for my question….

So I can not mark this as answering my question yet, unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Alessandro

You may ask a wrong question.

You can ask for RICs and TR.xxx fields that can provide the required data.

After knowing RICs and fields, I can provide you with the code to retrieve that data.
