@ehab,In the first instance I suggest you check if you're licensed to redistribute data you retrieve from Eikon through a Web application. You may find the bottom paragraph of my response on the thread below useful.

While you specifically asked for Eikon, there are other SOAP/REST based API's like TRKD which have data license geared towards redistribution of data and are easy to integrate into a website.
