HSBC - Service /v1/cases down !! 404 response

Hi, we have problems early with
the service.

It doesn’t retrieve the
CaseSystemId, could you help us.

This is urgent because we
affects our operations

The problem Is with the
/v1/cases service.. The results is 404 not found for all the requeriments.

Please help us.

I tried using different HSBC Group("HSBC Bank Argentina Sa - Screening") and I got the caseSystemId without any error.Below the case body

I would like to suggest you first you can check the groupId (:"773bc61f-5081-4ec0-943f-c2441e537d9b")whatever you are using is this correct or not.Using SEQ-1a: Get my top-level groups you can get all available groupId 's.Please use one of them.

Please confirm me if you face any other issue.
