Data missing for 3549.T(3398.T)

I'm using Datascope Select for Tick History Data.

For ric 3549.T(formerly 3398.T), I have retrieved ric change data using REST API.

Below is the result.

You can see that there is no record from 2016/11/17 to 2016/12/12(yyyy/mm/dd) for 3549.T.

Also, I cannot get Tick History Time and Sales for the period.

Please let me know the reason why this happened.

The data team has checked and confirmed that the old RIC <3398.T> was alive on the exchange till 15th Nov 2016 and the exchange started accepting the quotes for the new RIC <3549.T> starting only from 21st Nov 2016. This is the reason there is no data between 15th Nov and 21st Nov 2016 for KUSURI NO AOKI.

For data before 15th Nov, please use <3398.T> and <3549.T> for data after 21st Nov 2016.
