Is the deals data provided by TRKG totally the same as I&A Deals feeds?

The deals data in the knowledge graph is sourced from the same data collection and databases as I&A Deals feeds, but we are not trying to replicate these in every respect. Our primary goal is to add relationship-centric data from the deals databases.
We have already modelled a basic 'core entities' content set with mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity data. We are working on premium versions of both content sets also.
Could you please help me clarify the above question promptly?
