This issue is now resolved, this was a handler fault with DWE permissions. It is worth noting that DWE is soon to be retired. Our web service DSWS is the strategic offering and is fully supported. Please speak with your account manager to gain access to this service.
When is DWE being phased out? @James.Bright1
