    There might be something with the way you are creating a new project in Visual Studio, I suggest you download one of the samples and try running them.

    If you still have trouble with NuGet, I suggest you post into to a relevant community on StackOverflow.

    What is the type of the project that you are trying to add this to? Console app, WPF, WinForms?
