Here's the answer provided by the Helpdesk:"TR.RIC returns the Exchange specific RIC. TR.RIC is the field to pull only the primary RIC for the instrument if identifiers like ISIN, CUSIP etc are used. However, if a RIC is used in the formula, it will just give the same RIC and not the primary RIC. TR.RICCode returns the Primary RIC or Consolidated RIC. If there is no consolidated, both fields TR.RIC and TR.RICCode is the same."
