I would like to know the Screening Deployed 5.4 compatibility with Citrix Desktop v7.18

Hi Turki,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry about the delay but this does not seem to be an API issue here, correct me if i am wrong.

As far as i know it should be fine using Citrix for SD 5.4 except you have to disable the support files synchronization with the SD server, i.e. set supportFilesInDB in Configuration Settings to 'No'.
