Cannot retreive RIC list

A few questions about the TRTH API...

1. When I use the GetRICList method, and get the following error... "Permission Denied --> You are not RIC list enabled." Why do we not have permissions for this?

2. When requesting a dataset via SubmitFTPRequest, I get the following error... "RIC quota exceeded --> RIC quota exceeded". What is the maximum number you can select at a time. Can this be modified to be able to request more ?

    Some clients are permissioned for specific RICs or RIC list. Those who are not bound by this RIC list, will get 'You are not RIC list enabled' error message when they call GetRICList function. There is no issue with you account.

    You account may be entitled for 100 cash and 100 futures. You are getting this error message because you are trying to request data for a NEW instrument (cash or future), indicating that you have used up your quota of 100 cash and 100 futures instruments.
