Hi Team,

I have a client who have a question if he has access/ right to use REST API for TRTH.

Can you please check if we have the access right or not? The right to use REST API.

I wanted to check if the client need additional permission to access TRTH via REST API?

Hi @deepak.more,

As far as I know, REST API should be enabled by default. Client should be able to access TRTH REST API, as long as they have permission for TRTH product.

For account permission verification, please contact TRTH support via MyRefinitiv.

Anyway, you can verify account permission for TRTH report templates on User Permissions.

Does this mean that in order to have access to REST API, client would need product permission for TRTH?

This is for Case: 12810271.

Client believes that they need permission to REST API to access provided code.
