error pulling RIC

i need to pull MXTIIE=RR using Eikon API. I am using CLOSE as the field. is this the right ticker / field? I am getting the following error: EikonError: Error code -1 | MXTIIE=RR: Interval is not supported |

Could you detail how you get this error and share the code that request MXTIIE=RR ?
Is it with Eikon Python API ?
