Interop.SSL migration

Helllo,

We are currently migrating an legacy application that is using the Interop.SSL DLL to RFA.NET. However, I am having difficulty figuring out which new field names corresponding to the old SSL record fields.

Specifically, we are currently using "VALUE_DT" and "PRIMACT_1", "PRIMACT_2" and "PRIMACT_3" fields for getting interest rates for some instruments, and "OFFC_CODE2", "GV3_TEXT", "GN_TXT16_4", "CTBTR_1LL" fields for economic indicators. Is there documentation anywhere explaining what these fields are following a SSLRecord.Snapshot() call?

Unless you are using some internal wrapper that renames the old SSL record fields or the new fields, there should be no difference in the fields you receive back using the old or new APIs.

Our real-time APIs are content-neutral and do not rename fields etc.

For more detailed information on fields - specific to your particular exchange/asset class etc, you can use the Data Model Discovery tool FixSpec Stack | FID Search
