Issue Ratings in DSWS

Hi there,

I struggle to fetch ratings for e specific company.

Here is my query

 d.get_data(tickers='<RENA.PA>', fields=["NAME","P","BSPSTF","BSPSTL","ISPST","BSPNSST"],kind=0, start="LATESTDATE",retName=True)

Here is what I get...

I don't think <RENA.PA IR> is a valid instrument.

You need to search for instruments in the "Bonds & Convertibles" category.

Otherwise, you can contact the Refinitiv Datastream Web Service support team via MyRefinitv to find items for you.

I checked and found that <RENA.PA> is equity but those fields ("BSPSTF","BSPSTL","ISPST","BSPNSST") are available in the "Bonds & Convertibles".

I can't find any data type when searching for "credit rating" in the Equity.

You can contact the Refinitiv Datastream Web Service support team via MyRefinitv to confirm it.

I have found the Issue Ratings for RENA.PA --> RANA.PA IR but Istill have noresults

Any ideas?

I tried the RIC but not the symbol (of the bond), that's why it didn't work.

But on my side I have no value

Could it be a contractual issue?

It could be a permission issue.

You can verify it via the Datastream TEST Rest Sevice website.

The output is:

If it is still no value, you can contact your Refinitiv sales team or contact the Datastream support team via MyRefinitiv to verify your permission.
