Api performance seems to have decreased

Hi,

We have been using permID for a while now and just this last weekend have found that the response time has massively increased. Testing today with calling the match api (https://api-eit.refinitiv.com/permid/match) with the following body:

name
google

it took 55 seconds before we got a response, we used to be able to get results in approx. 1 second. Has something changed over the weekend?

Also i seem to be getting this error reasonably often when making the same query with more companies:

"Connection broken: InvalidChunkLength(got length b'', 0 bytes read)", InvalidChunkLength(got length b'', 0 bytes read)

We would like to know how you are using our API and would like to get some stats from your end to investigate. Please let us know if that is possible.

The issue is still persisting. both the slow response and the receiving 0 bytes chunks.

Also the contact us button on this page below my question just return a 404
