Are there any SAS sample codes to retrieve data via DSWS?

Do you mean the SAS - Statistical Analysis System? If so, we do not have a specific example for it.
However, the Datastream Web Services provides access to Datastream content via the SOAP/XML and HTTP REST/JSON connections too. So, if the SAS supports SOAP/XML or HTTP REST/JSON connection, it should be able to connect to the Datastream server and request data.
