We are testing the collection of price data in Realtime for a client
Our process seems able to connect and authenticate itself with the details provided by the client.
It then is able to retrieve prices for the subscribed list. On 16 June 2022 we noticed that no further updates were arriving.
We checked could not see any obvious issues. Our process is scheduled to resume and reconnect every day, so we monitored it this morning and can see it apparently connect and authenticate and get TRDPRC etc, but then no further updates.
Any advice on how to diagnose the cause of the lack of updates would be appreciated.
