Retrieving "Daily historic spreads" for selected bonds in Excel

Hey People,

I am currently on my bachelors thesis and getting myself into Refinitiv.

i am trying to retrieve "daily historic spreads" from a selection of bonds. All of them are in the "Latin American" markets e.g. Brazil, Argentina etc...

i have major problems with getting any numbers using the excel add in: "Refinitiv 365"

And basically any information I am trying to withdraw are giving me the error code:

"the record could not be found (error code 0)"

Or even looking for a simple Bid Price is resulting in the value of "Zero" here shown as "Null".

Everything done with "Build Formula" and then selecting the simple things shown in the picture.

Anyone got a clue what I am doing wrong? I can upload more screens if necessary.
