How do I extract the Hierarchy tree data for entire universe from Eikon using python?

We are from OA (Organisation Authority) team and here to seek help in extracting data from Eikon/Workspace.


Basically, as part of our data collection we also collect the hierarchy data (Parent, Subsidiaries, Affiliates and Join ventures) for entities that we create and now we are planning to improve the current process of reviewing hierarchy data, to start this project we need hierarchy data for universe in tree structure format.

Hence, we are looking for hierarchy tree (Parent, Subsidiaries, Affiliates and Join ventures) data from eikon/workspace for entire universe.

Please help us with the above requirement, attached the sample data for one company extracted from Eikon (Screenshot).

The below solution we have already explored, however we want to get the entire universe.

    Typically, we provide APIs for clients to request data by specifying instruments, and fields or search for instruments and data.

    To get the data of the entire universe, you may need to the product team directly to verify if we can provide this information.

    You can contact the product team by submitting a ticket via MyRefinitiv.
