I notce that the source code for ETA Java was fully released on GitHub around the middle of December 2016. Will the next official release of the SDK contain the full ETAJ source code for the upa.jar?
(etaj3.0.3.L1 released on 9th December only contains valueadd source code).

Yes - this will also be included in our full package releases going forward. The structure will mirror that of the code on GitHub.
