No Data Available for ESG Statement

Hi,

I need to access ESG information on companies in S&P 500 index (e.g. ESG score, ESG controversies) for multiple years.
I use the SCREENER app for that, however, the relevant columns return as NAs. Moreover, when opening an individual company profile, the ESG statement says "No Data Available."
I used these exact steps in May 2024 and everything worked fine.

Do you know how to resolve this issue? Was there any update that would prevent me from accessing the data?
