LSEG workspace login unavailable.

Hi, I have a following problem :

I got approval for the LSEG workspace(messenger), and tried to log-in in my desktop, but it said that it cannot access to server.

To test whether my desktop is the only problem, i downloaded LSEG workspace application on my iPhone, and I have a same problem "AAA login service is temporaily unavailable"

Are there any solution to this problem?
