Reset the data limits?

I got the following message while working with the Python based APIs
DSUserObjectFault: User ZFXE026-AAA:SL1-DQ6O0UF access temporarily suspended. ZFXE026-AAA:SL1-DQ6O0UF has reached its download limit for the month, and will be reset at the start of next month.
How can I reset these?
