Send bunch of Case System IDs to check/poll the screening results are ready or not

Is that possible to send bunch of case system ids to world check and check/poll if the screening results are ready for those cases? Also, is there a method/API to poll the screening result? Thanks

Hi @baskaran.subramanian,

As of now for getting screening results for bunch of case system ids not possible.For a specific caseSystem Ids you can retrieve the screening results using SEQ-5b: Get screening results. If you want to know the no of screening for a particular case system ids then use SEQ-8: Retrieve the audit log for a case .

Attached the screenshot for no screening and with one screening. If screening not started then "totalItems": 0 otherwise it will show the no of screening for a particular case system ids

we don't have an option to poll the screening result as far as i know.I will update you otherwise.

@saha.shilpi1 is correct the current version of the API only supports a single case requests. Batch requests have been identified for future releases, however not scheduled yet.
