How to reproduce in Python this Excel formula?

This capability is not supported yet through Eikon Python API.

This seems to return the list of peers. Am I missing something?

fields=['TR.RICCode'] 
instruments = 'SCREEN(U(IN(Peers("{}"))))'.format(RIC_code)
