Can I download .HSI historical tick data using COM API?

I can download the historical tick data of .HSI in Excel. Could I download the historical tick data using COM API too? Which COM should I use?

I'm afraid Eikon COM APIs available for use in custom applications do not provide this capability. The only two APIs that provide intraday price history in Eikon are Eikon .NET SDK and Eikon Web & Scripting APIs.
