"Request End of Day data for RICs" issue

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the "Request End of Day data for RICs" example within the RESTAPIExampleApplication: the execution flow gets stuck at the following instruction:

var extractionResult = ExtractionsContext.ExtractWithNotes(extractionRequest);

Is someone experiencing the same issue? Thank you for your help

    @mantonello, I experience the same issue.

    Edit:

    I just found out there is a Service Alert on TRTH v2, custom extractions issues are being observed. I'll wait for the issue to be solved, and test again before escalating to the dev team.

    PS: as a side note, not related to the issue you mention: that request is under the "Tick History" category. As this query is in the DSS forum I guess you are a DSS customer ? If yes (and if you are not also a TRTH customer), then you are not permissioned for TRTH API calls; as a consequence most samples in that category will not work.
