Is it possible to drill-down into the results of a case?

For example we might have a very common name with several hundred screening results. In this case the World Check One Web Portal allows the user to drill-down into the results by adding additional attributes to the filter (e.g. nationality or date of birth).

We would like to show the user an overview of the results like the Web Portal does (e.g. 200 matches from China, 2 matches from Myanmar, etc) and allow him to drill deeper.

Is there any way to do this over the API without retrieving all profiles (which would take a long time in case of many results)?

    Hi @andreas.kappler,

    If you want to filter it out based on nationality or date of birth please check the secondary fields available for that particular group(Using SEQ-1c: Get the case template for a group) which was associated for creation of any case. In WC1 API this features also be available under screening for a particular group. That's how you can filter the case results based on your attributes. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

    That is not excactly what I am looking for. In World Check One you can see how many results come from a specific country. (see screenshot). How can we do this with the api?

    Hi @andreas.kappler,

    There are two API request regarding a case, there is case details and match details.The screening match will return match information for the fields you entered, if you want more information then you select the match you want and use its worldcheck-profile-id and request the WC1 profile(SEQ-5c: Get a World-Check profile). That will have all the known information about the match.

    Hi,

    but the match details (= SEQ 5b?) does not contain the field "country", only the name of the match, right? So how can we implement the filtering of the WC One Plattform (as seen in the screenshot) over the API?

    Yes you are correct only the name of the match.At this moment filtering based on field not possible over the API.Only you can do via WC1 application.Let me check with product team and will update you soon.

    I am trying to assist andreas.kappler into this implementation.

    Andreas is looking to send a name with secondary identifiers and retrieve and publish in their CRM only the NAME DOB and Country, then they should implement a filter based on the data published in their CRM screen and where client want to look into the profile, then they should be able to retrieve all details of the profile and publish them in their CRM

    We have an internal TR demo platform that does it so I am not sure we are on the same page here. Are yo saying that what I described cannot be done?

    Can we please arrange a call all together to clarify this requirement?
