Access Denied: User req to PE

I have setup ezd and a consumer to receive NTA feed.

The consumer received Source Directory Refresh for ServiceName: ELEKTRON_DD

and RSSL_DMT_NEWS_TEXT_ANALYTICS domain type is supported.

When requesting News Text Analytics item "MRN_STORY" I see the following error message:

State: Closed/Suspect/Not entitled - text: "Access Denied: User req to PE(10001)"

    Hello @akrishnan

    The error "Access Denied: User req to PE(10001)" indicates that the user who requests the item does not have permission for PE 10001 which is required to access data of this item.

    Please contact Thomson Reuters Account team(if the infrastructure is owned by Thomson Reuters) or your local market data team(if the infrastructure is owned by your company) who can help you to grant the permission to access data of "MRN_STORY" item.
