Report containing invalid RICs fails completely

If the customer trying to get the data for the list of
instruments via APIs while referencing the file containing the instruments and
there are some invalid RICs or RICs that are not permissioned for this customer
the whole report fails. Is there any way to get a report back for all the valid
RICs on the list?

    @zina.prasser, DSS should return data for all valid & permissioned RICs. I think the issue lies elsewhere. To help we need more information. Please:

    • Give us the call the customer is using (include all details and parameters).
    • Give us the response received (contents, headers, HTTP status code).
    • Tell us what you mean by "the whole report fails" ? What happens ? No response ? No data in response ? Is an error generated ?

    That said, the best practice is to validate instruments before using them in data requests.
