Usage Detail By Exchange : No data because of custom application_id

In my DACS environment, since a migration, we do not have anymore data in the Usage Detail By Exchange report. According to a reuters contact, it is beacuse we are not sending the right application_id (256). Can i have the data in the Usage Detail By Exchange with a custome appliction_id being sent ?

    A custom application should supply its own application Id, this is done at the same time that it provides the user name to DACS through the API. The application Id must also be defined within DACS.

    If the application does not expose this through configuration in anyway then it must be effectively hard coded and the application will need to be corrected.
