we are trying to compile the Tutorial 11 for MRN download and decode. but we do not have below packages available

    Hello @hemalata.gavade. Were you able to successfully run the RFA Java quickstart instructions.

    The quick start talks about downloading the API and setting up configuration and running an example. The missing packages are from the rfa.jar file, which should be provided in the JVM classpath. This library is available in the Libs/ directory where the RFA API is installed.
