>> VXX was deactivated on 30th Jan 2019 for NYSE Arca Consolidated venue. On 2nd May the RIC was relisted as Cboe Consolidated venue. Due to the above reason the tick data was not available for the RIC <VXX>.0

I have tried to the extraction and get data until 29 Jan 2019. I think this is content query since I have found RIC change notification for VXX RIC. Its effective date is on 30 Jan 2019. For data content query like this one, the best and speediest way to receive an answer is to open a content-related enquiry via MyRefinitiv or to call the Refinitiv Help Desk directly.
