What is the time when Datastream updates closing price data??

I am trying to download daily closing price of etf through data stream python API.

Actually I am trying to get numerous markets globally.

So, I was wondering if every market has its own time for update or if they are all updated at the same time. Specifically, I want to know closing price in Europe, USA, and Asia. So if you could explain with examples from these regions, I would very much appreciate it.

And, Does Eikon and Datastream have a different time to update their latest closing prices?
