Eikon Data API for News

As shown in the attached screenshot, when using Eikon Data API to retrieve news there are 2 issues:
1. The API output is missing the related RIC
2. There are missing news article as highlighted.
Could you please help us to understand how to resolve the 2 issues above?

1. API does not have the capability to get related news.
2. API can retrieve news from "News Wires" source.
