Why do I get only N/A in the following code in Python?

Since they want to investigate the issue via personal tickets, raising a ticket via MyRefinitiv is the best you can do at the moment. When raising the ticket do not forget to mention your Eikon User ID.

As far as I have been informed, @lukasz.trzcinski0 has been responsible for the ticket internally. However, since more and more people are reporting identical symptoms and are joining this thread it might be a good idea to give this (backend!) issue more attention. For now, I've bypassed the problem by defensive code (retry on error) and chunking the original requests into smaller pieces. However, the current workaround is painfully slow (original code only needed 5% of current runtime). Therefore, I'm looking forward to an actual solution.
