Getting Initialization timed out after the RHEL 8 upgrade

Hi, I am using Real-Time-SDK-2.0.1.G1 (C++, EMA) and initially my app was running in RedHat 7.9 and it was connecting to RTO feed successfully. But after RedHat 8.4 upgrade, app is not connecting to RTO with following warning. What could be the reason ?
