Futures contract not retrieving time series data

Hello,

I have successfully built the time series request into my app, and everything works as expected for FX products (like EUR= as provided in the sample). When I try to pull futures data though (for example RIC CCc1), I get nothing back. Is there something different about the futures contract that I'm not considering?

Just figured it out- apparently there is no "BID" view for futures contracts
