I need to get equity pricing for a specific time (17:30 Israel time). How can I achieve this with DSS API?

I don't think the DataScope Select product can extract pricing for a specific time.

You can extract end of day price, current intraday price, and daily price history from DataScope Select. You can refer to the DataScope Select API tutorials.
