REDI API Simulator

Is there are particular algorithm that is used in the REDI test simulator for filling orders? We are testing and seeing funny fill behavior, so we need to understand how and why we are receiving particular fills.

Please provide more information regarding REDI API Simulator. I can't find it in the REDI EMS API Specification.

We wrote a REDI C# application and are using REDI+ to view orders and test. The prices in REDI+ look like production prices, but when we submit orders, how are fills generated in this test/simulation environment?
