Eikon API Issue

Hi,

I’m trying to pull some data from the Eikon API. I am following this guide: https://developers.lseg.com/en/article-catalog/article/Getting-Top-News-Energy-Headlines-and-stories-using-Eikon-Data-API

However, I’m getting the following error:

Hi @stevan.vukmirovic

The article requires Eikon or Workspace to be running. According to the logs, it appears that Eikon or Workspace is not running. I would suggest you review the following troubleshooting guide: Eikon Data API(Python) Troubleshooting | Refinitiv | Devportal (lseg.com)
